Mianyang News Recently, the People's Government of the five cities along the Mianyang-Suining-Neijiang Railwayand the Shudao Group signed a framework agreement on co-construction of the Mianyang-Suining-Neijiang Railway Cooperatio
n in Chengdu. Li Yonglin, Deputy General Manager of Shudao Group, Yuan Ming, Deputy Mayor of Mianyang City, Chen Tianhang, Deputy Mayor of Deyang City, Du Haiyang, Member of the Standing Committee of Suining Municipal Committee and Executive Deputy Mayor of Neijiang Municipal Committee, He Zheng, Ziyang attended the signing ceremony.
On behalf of the five cities, Yuan Ming thanked all parties for their long hard work on the Mianyang-Suining-Neijiang Railway.He pointed out that the cooperation agreeme nt signed by the Shudao Group and the five cities along the route is an important begi nning for deepening cooperation betwween provinces and cities and co-building the Mianyang-Suining- Neijiang Railway. It also promotes cooperation between Shudao
Group and the cities along the route in the deep and wide fields. Realizing the new starting point of mutual benefit and win- win for all parties is also an important step to
implement the "four way expansion and global openness" strategy deployment of the
Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government. It marks a solid step towards the start of construction of the Mianyang-Suining- Neijiang Railway.
On behalf of the Shudao Group, Li Yonglin congratulated the Mianyang-Suining-Neijiang Railway on its phased progress. He said that the Shudao Group, as the main force and vanguard in the investment and construction of railway projects in the province, will further implement the main responsibility, strengthen overall coordination, and continue to work hard and strive to overcome difficulties in accelerating the construction of the railway projects.The relevant responsible comrades of the five cities alongthe route, such as the development and reform, nature and planning, transportation and other departments, and the relevant responsible comrades of the relevant county, city and district governments along the route, as well as the relevant comrades of the working groups of the Mianyang-Suining- Neijiang Company and Shu Dao Railway Inve
